When you load a page, our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. These logs are used to run the site and keep it secure.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser, your device type, and your approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
We also use GetClicky, a second analytics service, which loads on the site and records visits and page views in a similar way.
The site uses Google AdSense to show ads once Google approves it. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your previous visits.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, or at aboutads.info/choices.
Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom are shown a consent message where the law requires one.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Analytics and advertising services use them to recognize a returning browser and to measure activity.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.
iFixHouse has no accounts and no forms, and the site does not collect your name or email address itself. If you email [email protected], we use your message only to reply to you.
