Write to us about a correction to a price or a page, a question about something you read, a note about a broken link or image, or a request about your privacy. Please do not send photos of your home asking for a diagnosis, because we are not contractors and have not inspected your home.
We usually reply within a few business days. If your message is about a safety issue such as gas, a carbon monoxide alarm or electrical sparking, do not wait for an email: leave the house if you need to and call your utility or 911.
